YEP, STILL ON THE AVOCADO, STILL ON THE MATCHA

Happy Friday! I’m feeling fresh and happy this morning. Started my day with this fresh avo’ on sourdough toast (with lemon juice, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds and a sprinkle of salt). At the beginning of 2017 I said I was going to begin a healthier lifestyle, and it’s not going too bad at all! I’ve pretty much completely switched from regular milk to non-dairy milk in all circumstances, drinking 1-2 matcha lattes per day, eating a lot more fresh produce, and I’m leaning more towards the healthier options when eating out (i’d usually go for the heavy lasagne or risotto dishes) – i’m feeling so. much. better. But don’t get me wrong.. for sure, I still indulge, and we might be having pizza tonight!
Oh and you may have noticed i’ve been playing around with the layout of the blog. Sorry for that, but i’d prefer to keep the page up and running rather than closing it for a few days – got to keep going! I’ve just been thinking about aesthetics, and I’m still learning a lot about editing my images, html and css codes. Bear with me! Anyway, looking forward to simply chilling this weekend and cosying up in little Oxford cafes.
